Bridgecrete Group completed a comprehensive remedial upgrade of this multi-storey residential apartment building in Clovelly, delivering long-term protection against water ingress and the harsh coastal environment.
Located just metres from the ocean, the building required specialist remediation techniques and marine-grade materials to ensure long-term durability and compliance.

Scope of Works
Demolition and removal of existing balcony tiles, screeds and failed waterproofing systems.
Preparation of substrates and installation of new compliant waterproofing membranes to all balconies.
Supply and installation of new external porcelain balcony tiles.
Installation of new cavity flashings and associated waterproof detailing to improve moisture management.
Removal and replacement of existing windows with new marine-grade aluminium window systems suitable for coastal exposure.
Roof remediation and waterproofing repairs to eliminate water ingress and extend the service life of the roof.
Associated concrete repairs, sealant replacement and finishing works.
Scaffold installation and comprehensive site safety management throughout the project.
Outcome
