Bridgecrete Group was engaged to deliver the complete structural remediation and refurbishment of a multi-residential building in Potts Point, NSW. The project was undertaken within a fully occupied residential building, requiring careful planning, staged construction and ongoing coordination to minimise disruption to residents while maintaining the highest safety standards.
The works included the complete replacement of the existing roof, installation of new metal capping to all parapet walls, and the full refurbishment of every residential unit with new kitchens, bathrooms and modern internal finishes.
A major structural component of the project involved the demolition and replacement of suspended concrete floor slabs that had deteriorated beyond repair due to extensive concrete cancer. New structural subfloors were constructed throughout the building, restoring the structural integrity of the property and providing a long-term, compliant solution.
